Our business takes us to China many times each year.  We have personally been to most of the steel mills and manufacturers we do business with.  We have personal relationships with the principals of the exporting manufacturers and we have excellent experience importing from China.

We work with people in China every day and get answers quickly.  Language and culture are not a problem for us.  I'm not Chinese (my wife Lian is) but I have spent an enormous amount of my life in China and with Chinese people.

Because of our experience with China, with few exceptions we get the best prices for our customers (many of whom are trying to buy directly from Chinese manufacturers).

Lian's brothers and sister live in China and also work closely with our manufacturers.  Haiyun, Haiyan & Fulin find new manufacturers, work on problems in China and provide personal inspection services.
